Store Owner

My Names Nichole, I'm 36 and originally from Illinois. I decided in 2020 after living in IL my whole life I was ready to take that next step moving somewhere warm and close to a beach. That's just what I did. I now live in a beautiful growing town In AL. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. I love it down here in the South. I have two kids who are the loves of my life. I have worked in healthcare for many years. I have a passion for taking care of people and giving everyone my all. Patient care means a lot to me. In my free time I also help and have coached softball for 4 years now. 

About My Boutique:

I have always had a passion for fashion. It has always been a dream to me to one day open an online boutique. I will be selling a little bit of everything. Returns & Refunds

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nichole's Glitz & Glam Boutique.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

Returns:

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You're item must be in the original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. I will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, I will intiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain of amount of days. Depending on your card issuers policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your own item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund your cost will be deducted from your refund.

Sales Items are final and CANNOT be refunded.

Exchanges are excepted on certain guidelines
